SQUOX-Konto und Daten löschen

Du kannst dein SQUOX-Konto jederzeit selbst löschen. Dabei werden dein Konto und die damit verknüpften Daten dauerhaft entfernt. Das kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.

In der App

1. SQUOX-App öffnen und anmelden.
2. Auf das Profil-Symbol tippen (oben rechts).
3. „Account löschen“ wählen.
4. Beide Nachfragen bestätigen („Weiter“, dann „Dauerhaft löschen“).

Dein Konto wird sofort gelöscht.

Ohne App

Schreibe von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos an support@squox.at mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen dein Konto unverzüglich, spätestens innerhalb eines Monats, und bestätigen dir die Löschung.

Was wird gelöscht?

• Konto (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Anmeldedaten)
• Planfortschritt, Trainingsdaten und Trainings-Serien
• Freundschaften und Challenge-Daten
• Push-Token deines Geräts

Daten, die wir aus gesetzlichen Gründen aufbewahren müssen (zum Beispiel Rechnungen aus dem Online-Shop), sind von der App-Kontolöschung nicht betroffen.

Delete your SQUOX account and data

You can delete your SQUOX account yourself at any time. Your account and the linked data are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open the SQUOX app and sign in.
2. Tap the profile icon (top right).
3. Choose "Delete account".
4. Confirm both prompts ("Continue", then "Delete permanently").

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@squox.at from the address of your account with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account without undue delay, at the latest within one month, and confirm the deletion to you.

What is deleted?

• Account (name, email address, sign-in data)
• Plan progress, training data and streaks
• Friendships and challenge data
• Your device's push token

Data we must keep for legal reasons (for example invoices from the online shop) is not affected by deleting your app account.
